Assembler
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Naples, Florida that is looking to add a hands-on Assembler to their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong benefits and long-term stability.
Hours: 1st shift, 8am-430pm
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Responsibilities
Assemble components and finished products using hand tools and power tools
Operate equipment such as band saws and hand saws
Measure and cut materials accurately using a ruler or tape measure
Follow assembly drawings, instructions, and specifications
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable using power tools and basic shop equipment
Ability to read a ruler/tape measure accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift materials and work in a hands-on production environment
Reliable and team-oriented
