Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the hotel's facilities and equipment. They must be able to diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to work safely and independently. Pay $16-$18 per hour, based upon experience Benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel's facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems
• Install and maintain new equipment
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts
• Keep maintenance records up to date
• Comply with all safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
