Delivery Driver (HVAC Parts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment.
- Loading and unloading goods to be delivered in parts truck.
- Maintain and manage a fully stocked parts truck.
- Use BuildOps to make first call deliveries to techs.
- Deliver goods to personnel in the field in a timely manner.
- Communicating errors or missing goods to relevant parties.
- Pickup goods from vendors and deliver to the location that they are needed.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding inventory of stock items.
- Always communicate and assist dispatch and warehouse to ensure delivery and pickups are completed.
- Deliver or pickup any of Westcoast's vehicles to be serviced and/or Westcoast personnel.
- Return paperwork and/or warranty items to be processed in a timely manner.
- Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices).
Job Requirements:
- Must have clean driving record
- CDL preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pulling trailers up to 18’ long.
- Experience driving pick-up trucks, vans, box trucks.
- Heavy lifting occasionally required.
- Job consist of moving construction materials to different jobsites.
- Pay-rate - $20/hour to $22/hour starting pay with benefits
