Material Handler
4 DAY WORK WEEK
Location: Bushnell, FL
Salary: $14 - $18 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (3-day weekends off)
Reports to: Shop Supervisor
Purpose:
Support the manufacturing team by ensuring continuous workflow through timely delivery of parts, tools, and consumables, maintaining a clean shop, and performing general material handling and groundskeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver parts and tools to workstations to minimize downtime.
Locate and retrieve tools, consumables, and materials as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Handle general material movement and inventory tasks.
Perform groundskeeping duties to upkeep facility appearance.
Participate in on-the-job welding training for career advancement.
Multi-task while monitoring manufacturing staff needs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move materials safely.
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
Ability to multi-task while monitoring manufacturing staff needs.
Interest in learning welding skills (training provided).
No prior experience required; training offered on-site.
