One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring HVAC Installers to join our team of skilled and energetic professionals!

As an HVAC Installer with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you’ll perform top-quality residential HVAC installations , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention . This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning , while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. As an HVAC Installer, you will:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats

• Perform equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate installations

• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

• Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with homeowners

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and vehicles

• Document work accurately using ServiceTitan or similar software

We’re looking for installers who bring:

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals

• Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and coworkers

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
