Join A Childrens Carousel as a Preschool Teacher, where you'll inspire young minds in a nurturing and creative environment. We're looking for passionate educators who are excited to make a difference in the lives of children in Sunrise, FL. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- State certification or licensure for teaching preschool-aged children.
- Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in implementing educational activities.
- Background check clearance and child CPR/First Aid certification required.
