- Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in outside sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and benefits administration
