Site Dispatcher

Manada Technologies is a leader in white-labeled national services, specializing in installation, logistics, and integration. We deliver scalable, turnkey solutions to include telecommunications, consumer electronics, smart home, security, and retail industries. We are seeking a driven, execution-focused site dispatcher.
We are looking for someone who is a great listener, a strong communicator, has a positive attitude, and is diligent in completing tasks. The right person will have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and work experience in a role demonstrating their ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our site dispatcher should be comfortable with being an escalation point of contact for our customers, and an individual who can address issues with products and services.
Site Dispatcher will support the Site Manager in managing escalation and workflow from Manada’s partners and clients.
This position will be on-site at our Polk City, FL office.

AM/PM Coverage
40 Hours Weekly
$16/ hour
Requirements
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- An understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services (or strong willingness to learn)
- Read and speak English (Spanish Fluency a positive)
- Punctual with excellent attendance.
- Possess strong time management skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, copy machines, etc.)
- Able to effectively communicate and respond promptly to e-mail, voicemail, system messages, and requests with the correct grammar and punctuation.
- General knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
