We are looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales-oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be personable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays - No Nights or Sundays Guaranteed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide superior customer satisfaction
• Set and prepare for appointments with customers
• Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Effectively communicate with customers regarding cost and time estimates
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Produce final repair orders for customers
• Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety
• Follow all Company procedures and standards
• Perform all duties as assigned

Qualifications for this job:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have professional appearance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Basic vehicle knowledge
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
