Part-Time Horse Trainer RedStone Ranch
- Training riders in both English and Western disciplines
- Assisting with lesson programs for beginner to advanced riders
- Evaluating horses and riders to ensure proper pairings
- Helping maintain a safe and professional barn environment
- Supporting the growth of the riding program through quality instruction and horsemanship
- Previous horse training and teaching experience required
- Strong knowledge of both English and Western riding styles
- Confident handling horses of various temperaments
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Weekend availability preferred
This is a part-time, commission-based position , with pay based on lessons and training provided. If you are passionate about horses and enjoy helping riders grow both in and out of the saddle, we would love to hear from you!
