We are currently seeking  two distinguished board-certified Head and Neck Oncologic surgeons  to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high-performing, nationally recognized program that prioritizes clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and innovation.

Ideal candidates will possess expertise in:

• Major/complex head and neck ablative surgery
• Microvascular Reconstruction
• Robotic-Assisted Surgical Techniques

This new Tampa-based practice is an extension of our elite ENT program in Celebration, developed by renowned surgeon  Dr. Scott Magnuson . The head and neck surgery program has 4 locations throughout central Florida with 9 fellowship trained head and neck surgeons. This program has earned national acclaim, with AdventHealth Orlando ranked  #11 in the nation for ENT care by U.S. News & World Report . The expansion to the Tampa market will add a 5th location and a total of 11 head and neck surgeons.

Practice Description

The West Florida Division Medical Group  continues to grow rapidly to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Over the last six years, we’ve nearly tripled in size with a projection to grow to 835 providers by the end of 2025. With the addition of AdventHealth Port Charlotte, we span a broad geography in eight counties, with practices in Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk counties as well as five Care Pavilions.
