Family Pastor - Restoration Place
- Develop and implement a comprehensive family ministry strategy that aligns with the church's vision
- Provide a consistent pastoral presence for church families while developing ministry strategies that focus on the unique needs of parents and the children
- Oversee and coordinate children's and youth programs, including Sunday services, special events, and family-focused activities
- Partner with the pastoral team to integrate family ministry strategies across all church programs
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer teams for family, children's, and youth ministries
- Provide pastoral counseling and support for families navigating various life stages
- Coordinate with adult discipleship leaders to ensure parents are equipped to lead their children spiritually
- Plan and execute family-oriented events, retreats, and community outreach initiatives
- Strong personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ
- Bachelor's degree in Ministry, Theology, or related field; Seminary degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years experience in ministry or related position
- Demonstrated leadership ability in family ministry contexts
- Deep understanding of children's spiritual, emotional, and social development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Heart for discipleship and family-centered ministry
