Food and Beverage Manager, Zeta Asia and Myth Bar - Signia by Hilton Orlando
The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is seeking its next Food and Beverage Manager to help lead the team at Zeta Asia and the lobby bar, Myth!
In this role, you will lead a Food and Beverage Supervisor and manage a team of 20 hourly team members, reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, service-driven leader with at least five years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience and a strong commitment to guest service and team development. A collaborative mindset and cross-departmental partnership skills are valued. Preferred qualifications include experience in scheduling, inventory, ordering, training, beverage management, pricing, and food and beverage pairings. Familiarity with Asian fusion cuisine, fine dining, private events, and convention business is a plus. Experience in high-volume operations, upscale restaurants, and hotel environments is highly preferred but not required.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.

What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant and bar operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage Restaurant and Bar operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant and Bar team
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
- Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
