Administrative Assistant
Looking for a very organized person with good communication skills and bookkeeping skills.
Job Details:- Must know QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred). If you do not know how to use QuickBooks, you will not be considered.
- You will be dealing with property maintenance, bookkeeping for properties and companies, rental collection, banking, scheduling meetings and sending invites, answering calls and filtering them, assisting with payroll, organizing files, keeping track of separate businesses expenses and putting expenses into spreadsheets and QuickBooks, sending invoices and making sure they are paid, and paying bills.
