Automotive Sales Representative
We are a locally owned and operated single point volume domestic dealership. We focus on long term relationships with our employees, customers, and the community. Our goal is to hire two professionals with or without experience who are open to training and technology. We use a guide of 10 sales per salesperson on average, currently we average 130-140 sales per month. We maintain two sales teams of 7 salespeople on each team. Options available for new salespeople to work hourly instead of commission to try sales.

Sales representatives spend time with clients to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options. Sales representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Sales representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features. Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and used vehicles. Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail. Support online clients by setting appointments. Follow up with existing clients to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Job Requirements: Prior experience working with clients and providing an exceptional experience. Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person"). Basic computer, email and internet proficiency. Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills. Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through. Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours. Valid U.S. driver's license. Bi-lingual a plus.
