Senior Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in South Florida supporting a fast-paced commercial real estate advisory and brokerage environment. This high-visibility leadership role will oversee operational performance, service delivery, financial workflows, and multi-office coordination across Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach Gardens. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operations across four South Florida offices, ensuring consistent service delivery, workplace standards, and operational execution.- Lead, mentor, and develop multi-site administrative and operations teams, including 25 or more direct reports.
- Partner with market and regional leadership to drive operational strategy, process improvement, workflow consistency, and productivity goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, AR/AP workflows, vendor relationships, purchasing controls, and operational reporting.
- Oversee facilities, office services, vendors, technology support coordination, business continuity planning, and workplace readiness.
- Drive CRM data accuracy, reporting compliance, system adoption, and use of tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to improve operational insights. Compensation and Benefits - Base salary: $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Annual performance bonus: 20%.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead multi-office operational performance across Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach Gardens.- Manage and develop large administrative and operations teams across multiple locations.
- Oversee financial operations, vendor management, facilities, CRM data integrity, and executive-level operational support.
- Implement process improvements, reporting standards, and scalable workflows that support business growth. - 7 or more years of progressive operational leadership experience in multi-site environments.
- 4 or more years of experience managing large teams, including 25 or more direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Strong background in commercial real estate, brokerage, law firm, CPA firm, or professional services operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and P&L analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to use reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations across multiple office locations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach Gardens offices. Preferred Qualifications - Commercial real estate or brokerage operations experience.
- Experience supporting executive leadership in a high-growth, multi-office professional services environment.
- Salesforce and Power BI experience.
- Background managing transaction support, commission-related processes, or related financial workflows.
- Experience leading operational change management, employee engagement initiatives, and team culture development.
