This is a multi-store support position . You will:
- Step into different store locations as needed
- Work independently on the sales floor
- Assist customers through a consultative sales process
- Help close deals and support store performance
- Maintain showroom standards and professionalism
- Typically 34 days per week
- Includes weekend availability
- One consistent day supporting our St. Petersburg location
- Experience in mattress, furniture, or high-ticket retail sales
- Confidence working independently on the sales floor
- Strong closing ability and communication skills
- Professional presence and accountability
This is ideal for someone who:
- Wants flexibility without leaving the industry
- Still enjoys selling and interacting with customers
- Can walk into a store and perform immediately
- Prefers a structured but not full-time schedule
Youre currently in retail sales (or have prior experience) and want:
- consistent part-time or flexible full-time hours
