The Royal Caribbean Group’s E-commerce Data and Analytics Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Sr. Project Associate reporting to the Director Program Delivery

The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Project Associate is a cross-functional project manager responsible for guiding initiatives from concept to delivery across CRM, analytics, and content programs. You will coordinate diverse teams, manage scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

This position collaborates with multiple functions to translate business needs into executable plans, maintain alignment with goals, and drive delivery from kickoff through closure, while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Act as the project manager across multiple initiatives, guiding work from start to finish.

1. Own end-to-end project lifecycle: kickoff, scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

1. Develop and maintain project plans with timelines, dashboards, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria; manage dependencies and priorities.

1. Allocate and coordinate resources across teams and external partners; assign tasks and track progress against plans.

1. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve impediments and handle issues; manage changes to scope, schedule, or resources.

1. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

1. Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders; produce regular status reports, dashboards, and milestone updates; manage communications and expectations.

1. Maintain thorough project documentation for traceability, audits, handoffs, and knowledge transfer.

1. Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices.

1. Prioritize work and triage requests using a formal process; manage backlogs and ensure timely delivery of high-priority items.

1. Build and maintain relationships with team members, sponsors, and external partners to support delivery and quality.

1. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time, within agreed scope and budget (where applicable).

1. Resolve any impediments throughout the project lifecycle and support communication for bugs with Product.
