Machine Operator needed! 12 hr shifts, paid weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to monitor machines, make necessary computer adjustments, and prepare products for shipment. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate production machinery effectively.
• Make minor adjustments to computers and machinery as needed.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a machine operator.
• Experience in production and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Attention to detail and quality checking skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as crouching, bending, and lifting.
• Capability to make minor adjustments to machinery.

Work Environment

The work environment varies with temperature, being hot in summer and cold in winter. Some rooms may have strong odors, and masks are provided for comfort. The shift schedule includes 12-hour shifts initially, transitioning to 8-hour shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leesburg, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
