Retail Sales Associate | Entry-Level Role! In-Person Position in the Miami Area | NO Remote Work Unavailable at Present.

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our retail customers by providing product and service information. We are looking for individuals who have a self-starting attitude, want to work hard, grow themselves professionally, and advance upward through our firm.

Our team enjoys getting to know each other on a personal level, so getting together outside of the office is encouraged and frequent. Management is available for individual training sessions as we believe in an open door policy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing for small to medium accounts
• Providing sales and marketing face to face
• Customer relationship building
• New customer acquisition
• Consult priority customers
• Client branding- marketing
• Retail Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience (wireless industry experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Location

• Miami Lakes, Florida

Schedule

• Thursday-Monday 10:30am-7:30pm
• Scheduled will be discussed more into detail if you need accommodation
