Southern Glazer's offers a competitive package with hourly compensation ranging from $20.00 to $22.50 per hour. Over time, when needed. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate the candidate's education, skills, and experience, and make an appropriate offer.

Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day administration for the SGWS Miramar location.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Display strong customer service skills and practical communication skills.
• Daily runs to the post office and other SGWS buildings.
• Manage and maintain all appliances, including ice makers, fridges, and microwaves. This includes scheduling repairs or replacements.
• Manage all service requests for Property Management by opening a ticket in the WorkSpeed Application.
• Support over 1,200 employees with various requests, including hanging pictures, moving furniture, furniture repairs, and changing cubicle light fixtures.
• Maintain and manage printer supplies for personal and multifunction devices.
• Ensure printer toner inventory is maintained.
• Manage and maintain office and cube keys for the 2400 building.
• Ensure all delivery and pick-up requests are handled promptly.
• Track and maintain the mailroom truck, including oil changes and service.
• Oversee furniture-related vendors for installations/removals.
• Work closely with the Mailroom Supervisor and Mailroom Staff members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.

Physical Demands:

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or an adding machine.
• Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for extended periods.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs.
• Moving heavy furniture and equipment as a team requires lifting up to 100 lbs.
