Job Summary:

Residential Gutter Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and cleaning of residential gutter systems. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential gutter systems including downspouts, guards, and accessories
• Perform gutter cleanings and preventative maintenance
• Inspect gutter systems for proper drainage and function
• Repair or replace damaged gutter sections and attachments
• Operate ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in gutter installation
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and roofs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working on roofs of varying heights and slopes.

• Physical demands include climbing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
