Sales Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their product and logistics needs are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to track inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify new sales opportunities by understanding customer operations and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, invoices, and sales orders while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about warehouse operations, product specifications, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and service.

Sales Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or industrial/warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and product flow in a warehouse setting.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking leads, managing accounts, and preparing sales reports.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and warehouse teams.
