Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $18 – $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available on Saturdays)

Job Description:
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join a family-oriented team in Largo. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines used to cut and shape wood components with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for wood cutting and shaping

• Read and follow blueprints or technical drawings

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Keep a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of CNC machine experience

• Programming experience is a plus, but not required

• Must pass a drug test

• Open to candidates with a background, depending on the severity of charges

• Reliable, punctual, and available for Saturday overtime when needed
