As a landscaper focused on commercial projects, you will be a vital member of a small, dedicated team tasked with maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces across multiple job sites in the area. Your role involves operating a variety of tools and power equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all work is executed safely and efficiently, especially during peak seasonal periods.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain standard hand tools, power equipment, and commercial mowers
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks of mowing, edging, weed eating, spraying herbicides to ensure municipal roads and right of ways are well-kept
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Adapt to fluctuating workloads during seasonal peak periods
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial mower operation
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with safety procedures in landscaping
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in landscaping
