We're Hiring | Office Assistant
Alva Freight International is looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office and management team.
- Manage emails, filing, data entry, and office documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and general administrative tasks.
- Assist employees with basic technology and office equipment needs.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous administrative experience.
✅ Intermediate English (written and verbal).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic Technical Skills:
Troubleshoot basic computer issues.
️ Set up and connect printers, scanners, monitors, and other office devices.
Install software updates and assist with basic software installations.
Provide first-level technical support for common office technology issues.
We're looking for someone who is:
