Production Assembler - 1st shift

- Perform visual & basic measurement inspection of parts subsequent to assembly steps.
- Cut, strip, and crimp wire.
- Performs functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (i.e. electrical, helium, and leak tests).
- Operate test equipment.
- Obtain all required certifications.
- Safely handle hazardous materials.
- Use a wide variety of hand and/or power tools.
- Conduct weight measuring.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret dimensional measurements (calipers, and scales).
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen (as applicable).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
- Possess basic math, computer, and ERP skills, along with basic written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to cross-train as required and be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Experience in soldering, electronics manufacturing, assembly, and brazing is preferred.
- Dimensional and electrical training.
