Executive & Personal Assistant | Panama City, Florida - USA
For a globally leading company in the agribusiness sector , recognized as one of the three leading agribusiness and exporters in its industry worldwide, with a presence in nearly 40 countries, we are looking for an Executive & Personal Assistant . The company has operations in the United States, Mexico, China, South Africa, and other strategic markets, and specializes in the international commercialization of premium-quality pecans. The challenge is to become the Owner’s right hand and trusted person , providing high-level executive and personal support and ensuring that their agenda, priorities, and commitments are efficiently organized and managed. This is a position requiring a high level of autonomy, judgment, and exposure, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and coordinate multiple matters simultaneously. 🔎 Key Responsibilities Manage the Owner’s professional and personal calendar. Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, events, and commitments. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, needs, and potential issues. Follow up on pending matters, commitments, and deadlines. Coordinate domestic and international travel and meetings. Provide support with certain personal and family matters. Coordinate services, reservations, purchases, and other personal needs. Participate in special projects and handle urgent situations. Handle business and personal information with absolute confidentiality. Occasionally accompany the Owner on business or personal travel. 👤 Position Requirements Fluency in English and Chinese; Spanish — both spoken and written — is required. 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or in similar positions.
