THE MISSION: Your Legacy Project

Phase 1 is a paid consulting engagement with clear deliverables. Your mission is to design the entire foundation of the tokenized REIT — financial, legal, compliance, capital structure, and tokenization strategy.

If your plan aligns with our objectives, you will have the opportunity to execute the entire strategy , transitioning into a long-term or full-time CFO role with future equity participation.

A step-by-step fundraising strategy:

• Investor profiles

• Offering structure

• Reg D / Reg S compliance pathway

✅ 4. Tokenization Roadmap

A full-scope execution strategy including:

• Technology partners

• Smart contract structure

• Digital security compliance

• Investor onboarding

✅ 5. The Master Launch Plan

A complete road map summarizing structure, funding plan, timeline, and execution strategy.

Your Experience

• 10+ years in senior financial leadership (REIT, private equity, real estate fund background required)

• Proven track record in structuring and raising capital

• Experience with tokenization, digital securities, or blockchain-based finance

• Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, REIT compliance, and complex fund modeling

• CPA, CFA, MBA preferred — but real experience matters most
