Pool Construction Superintendent
Freeport, FL/Panhandle Area | Travel
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 Our client is a national residential pool construction company seeking a Pool Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations on assigned builds. This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing scheduling, quality, subcontractors, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities for assigned pool projects
- Schedule and monitor active jobs
- Coordinate subcontractors at each phase of the build
- Inspect work and manage punch list items
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate directly with customers
- Maintain daily logs and site photos
- Swimming pool or general construction experience
- Job site management and scheduling experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year construction experience preferred
- 1+ year superintendent experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time
- Salary DOE plus commissions and bonuses
- 401(k) with match, health, dental, vision, PTO
- Monday–Friday
- On-site with local travel
