Remote Call Center Representative
Job Description: Remote Call Center Representative at Panno Realty
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding real estate inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering queries professionally.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and update client profiles as.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and meetings with potential buyers or renters.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
