Dermatology Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for dermatology and a sense of adventure. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality dermatologic care exclusively in luxury mobile units, serving patients across The Villages and Leesburg area!

- Flexible, autonomy-driven structure
Position Details:
- Coverage Area: The Village and Leesburg
- Setting: 100% mobile dermatology care
- Part-Time or Full Time (2–4 days/week)
- Daily Hours: 7:30 AM to last patient at 3:15 PM
Patient Load: Full schedule = 36 patients per day
Compensation Structure:
- Competitive and flexible, based on experience:
- Up to 20% of collections , or
- Up to $65/hour
- Collections = actual payments received by the organization
- High-performing providers in peak months: $55,000+ billed monthly
- EMR: EMA , with detailed monthly reporting
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license
- Minimum 1+ year of dermatology experience as an APRN or PA in a dermatology setting
- Passion for dermatologic care and mobile healthcare delivery
- Comfortable treating patients from teens through geriatrics
