Office Admin Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30am )
Candidates must demonstrate solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role requires confidence navigating computer systems, managing digital files, entering and maintaining accurate data, and communicating professionally via email. The ability to learn new software systems quickly and adapt to internal platforms is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required. Candidates should be comfortable handling administrative responsibilities, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting cross-functional communication. Previous experience in administrative support, purchasing, finance, supply chain, or related office environments is considered an asset.
Office Admin Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic understanding of administrative processes, purchasing procedures, finance support, or supply chain operations preferred but not required • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
