Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customer with product questions, inventory checks, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems

• Enter orders into system for production, billing, and delivery

• Coordinate production with site and provide commit date to customer timely

• Set up new customers via Workflow Gen

• Answer incoming calls

• Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone

• Assisting walk-in counter customers

• Receiving cash payments and running credit card approvals and check approvals

• Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders

• Maintain stock levels as needed for current and future orders

• Monitor resale item stock levels and request POs as needed

• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
  

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent or an equivalent in related experience
• Detailed oriented
• Good with basic math
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Pleasant phone & email personality
• Pleasant with customers in person
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-starter
• Sales, purchasing & inventory knowledge are a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to spend time in yard in heat/cold
• Must wear appropriate PPE when outside in yard
• Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer
• Bending and some lifting
• Extensive email writing
• Extensive phone use
• Tasks can be very repetitive
