Senior Collections Specialist
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist. Responsibilities:
- High-volume B2B collections role supporting restaurant accounts
- Make 30+ outbound calls per day and follow up consistently via email
- Research and resolve invoice issues and discrepancies
- Work from a summary-level AR portfolio (500-line level)
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity
- Proven collections experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to push for payment
- Comfortable being assertive and persistent
- Experience with B2B collections
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus)
- Tenured, go-getter mentality who helps drive team performance
