Responsibilities
Process and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures:
- Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
- Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
- Process paperwork on a timely basis
- Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
- Prepare & submit all legal paperwork to obtain out-of-state titles
- Prepare tax & title documents
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
- Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales
Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
Job Requirements
- Automotive Dealership Title Processing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- FL Notary Public preferred
- FL Title experience preferred
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
8 hour shifts.
