Position Summary
Assemblers willbe responsible forassembling molded components into finished products, while hitting assembly targets and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

12 hours shifts: Week 1 work 3 days have off 4 days & Week 2 work 4 days have off 3 days, shifts include every other weekend requirement)

Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed instructions and specifications.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and specifications, inspecting parts and components for defects.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures,and wear
  appropriate personalprotective equipment (PPE).

• Monitor the assembly line for problems, material shortages, conveyor malfunctions, and other issues, reporting them to supervisors.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and targets.

• Complete production paperwork accurately and keep records of materials used and production output.

Qualifications:

• A strong focus on detail is crucial foraccurateassembly and quality checks.

• The ability to read and interpret documents and assembly instructions is essential.

• The role requires physical stamina to stand forlong periodsand perform repetitive tasks.

• A team-oriented mindset andgood communicationskills are important for collaborating with others.

• Basic problem-solving skills are useful for addressing minor assembly issues.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often a requirement.
