Position: Tax Paraprofessional

: We are seeking an experienced Tax Paraprofessional to join our dynamic team. As a Tax Paraprofessional at MSL, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble tax documents for delivery to clients.
• Prepare engagement letters and other correspondence.
• Process new client set-ups on system.
• Coordinate, scan, file, and track client's supporting tax documents.
• Track workflow of tax projects and provide status updates to the Tax Team.
• Assemble, E-file, and process tax filings.
• Prepare client invoicing.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university preferred.
• One to three years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Active driver's license and proof of insurance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
