**Sign On Bonus Available** Department: Graduate Nurse Schedule: Varies; Full Time Standard Hours/Week: 36 General Description: Parrish Medical Center is looking for the next generation of excellent nurses! PMC's Graduate Nurse Experience is an individualized and comprehensive training program encompassing classroom and clinical time designed to prepare you for a career in the hospital setting. You'll be given the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge through medical experiences with a designated preceptor who will support you as you transition into your new role. Our nurse educators will work with you every day to foster your technical, critical thinking, and communication skills so you can fulfill PMC's mission of providing healing experiences for everyone all the time®. Please note that participation in the Graduate Nurse program requires a full-time two-year commitment to Parrish Medical Center after the completion of Orientation. Please feel free to email any questions to [email protected]. Requirements: Formal Education: - Associate's degree required, Bachelors preferred- Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferred
Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: - Must have graduated from an approved registered nursing program within the previous three (3) months and have received both the Graduate Nurse Letter from the FBON and the Authorization to Test (ATT) from an NCLEX examination vendor.
- BLS through the American Heart Association required
- ACLS, PALS or NRP certification preferred.
