As a Staff Agent, your primary focus will be building relationships with potential sellers and guiding them toward listing their homes or accepting cash offers. This role offers a balance of hourly pay and a highly competitive commission structure that will support your growth and success.

What We Offer :

• Competitive Compensation : Hourly pay plus 80/20 commission split with a $15k cap. After the cap is reached, a flat $250 per transaction fee applies.
