We are a boutique CPA firm in Coral Gables dedicated to delivering high-quality financial and tax services to our clients. We are seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer with experience in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to help manage bookkeeping and tax preparation tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records .
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts , categorize transactions, and generate financial reports.
• Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
• Maintain organized financial records and support tax planning efforts.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and document requests.
• Stay up to date with tax laws and bookkeeping best practices .

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Motivated to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
