Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations by ensuring that all office tasks are performed efficiently and accurately. As an Office Clerk, you will be the backbone of our office environment, facilitating communication, managing daily administrative tasks, and assisting with various projects. Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and office activities.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested by management.
• Support accounting functions, including invoicing and tracking expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
