Assembly Operators
We are seeking to fill Assembly Operators on 1st (6:30am-2:30pm) and 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) at our Odessa, FL location. Assembly Operators are required to read, understand and follow directions per job instructions and to use the proper tooling and components necessary for jobs. They must perform any tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flow and maintain consistent production to meet or exceed production times within an acceptable standard. Must be capable of adapting to process changes and learning new skills.
Responsibilities
Ability to recognize and separate sub-standard and/or reject connectors from acceptable quality standards, Ability to complete all required paperwork and perform data entry into MES as necessary. Knowledge and practice of good housekeeping and tool maintenance. Ability to maintain concentration on tasks and utilize work time efficiently, and Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs and maintain a standing position during a typical shift.
Safety Requirements
Understand the safety requirements for the assigned work area and follows all safety rules. Report all accidents or injuries immediately to a supervisor.
