Landscape Laborer
Seacrest Services is a trusted provider of landscaping and property management solutions, dedicated to enhancing the beauty and value of residential communities. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining attractive, well-kept outdoor spaces for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering high-quality results as part of a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance for residential communities, including mowing, edging, and trimming shrubs.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain landscaped areas by removing debris and ensuring grounds are clean and presentable.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while on the job.
- Assist crew members with additional landscaping duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping experience preferred.
- Experience using trimmers, edgers, and blowers required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including Florida heat.
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking, are encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
