Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Stand Up / Reach Forklift Operator :

• Lots of bending and lifting up to 50 lbs clean airconditioned

• Operate stand-up forklift to move, load, unload, and stage pallets and materials

• Pull and prepare orders based on pick tickets, RF scanner instructions, or warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantities, labeling, and packaging
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) and 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck / order picker a plus) (Crown Lift or Raymond Lift)
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, order pulling, and inventory handling
• Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time-management skills
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Background check and drug test required
