Field Engineer - Miami Metromover

Key Accountabilities

Governance:

• Deploys and ensures the application of Installation, Testing and Commissioning processes by the Field team within the project.

Quality:

• Ensures the field activities are carried out correctly and on time, according to the plan, Alstom standards and documentation are fully followed.
• Execute Field Modification Instructions, (FMI)on-site per Engineering instructions.
• Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS )compliance (Zero deviation), reports, and anticipates issues.

Technical Scope:

• Prepare and execute tests, log analysis, and test reports.
• Check compliance of Signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements.
• Commitment to the Project main milestones as discussed during the toolbox.
• Manages tools and ensures accurate calibration.

Communication:

• Provide daily reports, through periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Record Non-conformity report (NCR) , making the appropriate record on the test sheets and reporting the results to system validation and the punch
• list roll-out.
• Ensures all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including defect description and associated test
• context.
• Issues the REX (Returns on Experience – lessons learned) on ITC activities and proposes updates/improvements to the
• Installation, Test and Commissionig way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.

Performance Measurement:

• Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
• Compliance to (EHS) (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
• Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. May have equivalent education or experiences

Mandatory:

• Valid Driver's license
