Analyst
Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking an Analyst. Vendor Management Office (VMO) Support:
- Partner with IT leaders to facilitate vendor engagement requests and purchase order (PO) submissions
- Support the service desk where vendor requests are initiated, providing guidance and troubleshooting
- Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies
- Act as a liaison between IT leadership, ISC, and finance to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals
- Coordinate vendor request escalations from IT leaders to VP level, and subsequently to CIO review
- Track and monitor vendor spend, ensuring budget compliance and accurate forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights
- Support monthly close activities, including accruals and journal entries as needed
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline vendor management and procurement processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders to understand business needs and provide proactive support
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
