The Associate Chiropractor will understand fully the value of the services we deliver and how to communicate this to the patients. The position will center around delivery of services as well as new patient Day 1 and Day 2 processes, treatment plans, spinal decompression, exercises, home care, home supplies and supplements, re-exams and transitioning active care patients into wellness care patients. Secondarily, will be associated with new patient acquisition, staff education and training, and internal marketing strategies.

Salary: $67,000 to $98,000 annually + bonus structure

Requirements/Responsibilities

* Deliver life-changing adjustments (manual, drop, ArthroStim/Activator).
* Co-lead Day 1 NP & Day 2 ROF visits with our case manager—new patient exams, imaging orders, ROFs, and clear care-plan recommendations - delivering stellar progress exams, reflecting back on the Day 1 findings - showing patient's their progress.
* Guide patients through Day 3 TTW—seamlessly transition active-care graduates into ongoing wellness/maintenance programs that keep them thriving for the long haul.
* Educate at every touchpoint: table talk, workshops, community events.
* Build and document comprehensive care plans that combine chiropractic, decompression, laser, shockwave, rehab, and home protocols.
* Celebrate patient wins; ask for referrals and reviews; join the team in occasional outreach and in-office promos.
* Refers for X-Rays and other imaging
* Helps handle patient objections and scheduling conflicts.
* Assists, when necessary, with decompression and therapy equipment - both routing and setup
* Attends occasional Health Fairs, sponsored golf tournaments and community talks/events in our local area for marketing/growth. Approx. 4-5 a year.
* Attends 2 paid training weekends a year in Largo, FL

* Minimum 3 year experience as a DC

* Passion for modern modalities: decompression, Class IV laser, shockwave.
* Natural communicator who can simplify the importance of chiropractic spinal health for a 3rd-grader yet inspire a CEO.
* Team player who hits 40 weekly hours
* Solid documentation skills (ChiroTouch or similar EHR).
