Hotel Maintenance Technician
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician for a large 3-star Resort Facility in Kissimmee, FL!

Starting Pay - $21.00/HR
Full-Time, Permanent Opportunity!
Kissimmee, FL 34746
Schedule Details:
- Monday - Sunday - You will have 2 days off per week!
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Must be able to work both schedules!
Job Duties:
- Repairs involving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Performing preventative maintenance such as HVAC, boilers, pool pumps, etc.
- Resets and replaces breakers, ballasts, and other electrical fixtures, including switches & sockets.
Job Requirements:
- MUST have 2 years of working knowledge & experience!
- MUST have a CPO certification.
- Experienced in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing!
You should be proficient in:
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
- HVAC Service & Installation
- HVAC Troubleshooting
- Drywall Installation
