Finish Carpenter
Finish Carpenter — Sauna & Custom Millwork (South Florida)
Location: Hollywood, FL · Projects across South Florida.
Pay: $27–$35/hr DOE + Holidays · PTO · Health Insurance.
Employment: Full-time · Day shift · Long-term.
Language: English required; Spanish bilingual a plus.
Tech: Must own and use a smartphone (Service Fusion app + photo uploads).
About Us:
For 20+ years, we’ve delivered luxury wellness spaces—custom saunas, steam rooms, hammams, and salt rooms—for top residential and hospitality clients statewide.
Responsibilities:
- Precision finish work: benches, backrests, ceilings, doors, paneling (cedar/hemlock).
- Read shop drawings; measure, cut, and fit to tight tolerances.
- Coordinate with tile, mechanical, and electrical trades.
- Daily photo documentation & updates via Service Fusion (smartphone).
- Maintain safety/OSHA standards and professional site presence.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years finish/millwork carpentry (cabinetry/trim/spa build-outs).
- Own hand tools & reliable transportation.
- English required; Spanish a plus.
- OSHA 10/30 Mandatory.
- Clean background; valid driver’s license.
Schedule:
- Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts (occasional four 10s based on site/traffic)
